This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, the Genera Store and our tools, how we use it, and the terms that apply when you use them. One Genera account works across all of them.
What we collect

Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and to send you sign-in and verification emails.
- To provide, deliver and support the plans and tools you use, and to issue invoices.
- To understand how our services are used, so we can improve them and prevent misuse.
- To contact you about our services, if you have given us your details for that purpose.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted service providers for hosting, secure storage, payments and email delivery. They process information only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards, and may store it on servers outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and the content you save for as long as your account exists. Invoices and purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Security of your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand, in aggregate, how our services are used.
Children
Our services are meant for business and professional use and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Your choices
- View and update your profile at any time from your account.
- Delete the content saved to your account yourself, from your account settings.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your account and the information linked to it. Use the contact form and mention the email address you signed up with.
- Withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your account.
Terms of use
By creating an account, buying a plan or using our website, store or tools (together, the “Services”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Using the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services on behalf of a business that is legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Do not share your account with others unless your plan allows it.
- Do not misuse the Services. This includes attempting to access other users’ accounts or content, interfering with or overloading the Services, bypassing access limits or licence checks, or using the Services for anything unlawful.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any tool, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
Plans, payments and licences
- A plan gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant tool for the period and under the conditions of that plan. We keep all other rights.
- Prices, plans and features may change from time to time. A change does not affect a plan you have already bought during its current period.
- Taxes are charged where the law requires them. You are responsible for providing correct billing details.
- Once a product is purchased, no refunds will be issued.
- We may suspend or end access, without notice and without any refund, if these terms are breached or a payment is reversed or disputed.
Our tools are working aids
- Our tools and their outputs are provided as working aids. You are responsible for checking every output, and for your own professional judgement, before relying on it for construction, permits, costing, compliance or any other decision.
- You are responsible for the information you enter and for the results you produce, publish or submit to others.
Reporting an issue
- If you notice something wrong with a product or the Services, please report it to us at support@genera-holdings.com with as much detail as you can.
- We will review reports and try to resolve them. If an issue continues for several days, we will consider it and decide on an appropriate resolution. The nature of any resolution is at our discretion, and nothing here promises a particular outcome, response time or level of support.
Availability and changes
- The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and they may be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance or because of events outside our control.
- The Services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for them.
- Some listings are provided by our partners. If you choose to visit a partner, you leave our Services and your purchase and use of their product are governed by their own terms and privacy notice. Prices and offers are set by the partner and may change. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Ownership
- The Services, their software, design, content, and the Genera name and logo belong to Genera Tech and Services and are protected by law. The content you create from your own data is yours, and you give us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the Services.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Genera Tech and Services, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the three months before the claim arose.
- You agree to protect Genera Tech and Services against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you submit that infringes the rights of others.
General
- We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the current version.
- We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
